Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping of carpets within the Continental U.S, including insurance:

4’x6’ and smaller:   $25.
Over 4’x6’-5’x7’:     $35.
Over 5’x7’-6’x9’:     $40
Over 6’x9’-8’x10’:   $50
Over 8'x10’:            $70.

 

 

 


We ship by UPS, which requires a street address. Items mailed to P.O. boxes are shipped USPS.

Everything we sell has been washed and is in good-excellent condition, unless otherwise stated.  Some older pieces have professional repairs, which we will photograph for the website, or will e-mail to any interested customer.

All items can be returned within ten days of receiving them, minus shipping costs.  Please let us know if you’re sending something back, so we can watch for it.  Thanks.
